The Nature of Movement is a center for Feldenkrais® education located in Victoria, British Columbia. It is an educational and experiential initiative dedicated to benefiting people who are seeking more self-awareness, people who are recovering from traumatic and debilitating experiences, and people who are suffering from pain.
I am Amanda Lynn Halldorson, founder of The Nature of Movement. Using the Feldenkrais Method™ of somatic education, I teach lessons and workshops to people from many different backgrounds, including mothers, seniors, athletes, gardeners, artists, and those recovering from traumatic experiences and neurological challenges. I am committed to creating a learning environment for those seeking to expand sensory awareness, improve mobility, and enhance the quality of everyday life.
